    Our Way Forward

    FACESS 'Our Way Forward' program provides early intervention supports to young people and their families to navigate challenges that targets risks before they escalate, we help steer youth away from the justice system and toward positive opportunities in education, employment, and community life. Through proactive engagement and tailored support, we build stronger foundations for a brighter, more secure future.

    Transition to Adulthood

    T2A offers comprehensive support designed to equip young people with the life skills, education, and employment opportunities they need to thrive independently. The program emphasises building strong family and community connections, ensuring that young people are supported in all areas of their lives. By focusing on both personal development and practical skills, FACESS works to enhance the overall safety, well-being, and future prospects of young people, helping them to confidently transition into adulthood.
